Privacy Policy

Rumfunk is a one-person creative studio operated by Zygimantas Valiulis (“Ziggy”), registered in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@rumfunk.nl.

We keep the data we collect to a minimum:

• Contact details you voluntarily send us by email or social media (name, email, message content).
• Cookies: a small locale cookie remembers your language choice. A cookie_consent cookie remembers your consent decision. No advertising cookies.
• Analytics via Vercel Analytics — anonymous, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking. Just aggregated page-view counts.
• Photos of clients we've worked with, hosted on Supabase storage and shown on this site under the client's consent.

To respond to enquiries, to deliver our services to clients, to display our portfolio, and to understand basic visitor traffic on the site. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Photos shown in our public gallery are work delivered to (or in collaboration with) the listed clients. By default these are publicly visible; client galleries can be password-protected on request. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email info@rumfunk.nl and we will remove it within 14 days.

Site is hosted on Vercel (EU regions). Photos and database on Supabase (EU regions). Both providers are GDPR-compliant.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold. Email info@rumfunk.nl and we'll respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
