Plenty of hospitality businesses advertise without knowing what it brings in. Likes and reach say little, reservations say a lot. I set up tracking so a booking through Zenchef or your webshop can be traced back to the ad that brought it. Every month you know what a reservation cost, and where your money works best.
Advertising with attribution
- Campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Google
- Tracking with Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel and Consent Mode
- Reservations and purchases linked to ads
- Cost per reservation and per enquiry
- Always 4 to 8 ads tested side by side
- Photo and video for the ads, made by me
- Google Business Profile and a review strategy
- Going through the numbers together every month
An ad on Instagram, a click to your website, a reservation through Zenchef: I measure that whole path. That teaches Meta to show your ads to people who actually book, not to people who only like.
I always run several ads side by side: photo and video, different copy, different offers. The first weeks are for learning what works. After that the budget goes to the winners, and I make new variants that have to beat them.
Ads work best with a good reason to come. I help come up with nights and offers for the quiet days, and run targeted campaigns for them.
Price
Management priced to measure. You pay the ad budget directly to Meta and Google.
Questions
What is attribution?
Attribution means knowing which ad led to which reservation or purchase. Without it you only see clicks. With it you see what a guest cost you.
How much ad budget do I need?
It depends on your goal, your city and the season. I give honest advice in the intro call. After the first weeks you know what a reservation costs, and then you can scale up on purpose.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes, when it’s set up properly. Tracking only starts after consent through the cookie banner, with Google Consent Mode. I set it up that way by default.
