Rumfunk is a creative studio in Rotterdam where hospitality businesses get everything under one roof: websites, headless Shopify stores, social media, advertising with attribution, email marketing, photography, video, influencers, branding and print. Rumfunk was founded and is run by Ziggy (Zygimantas Valiulis), a former cocktail bartender with a master’s in Media and Branding.

Yes, Rumfunk is mine. I do most of the work myself and use trusted partners for things like print. So you always have one point of contact.

I’m based in Rotterdam and work with clients across the Netherlands, from Amsterdam and The Hague to Utrecht and Eindhoven. I come to you for shoots. I also do websites, stores and ads for brands outside the Netherlands.

Mostly hospitality and F&B: restaurants, bars, cocktail bars, hotels, coffee bars, event venues, drinks brands and lifestyle brands that belong in that world. If you serve guests or sell something people eat, drink or wear, you’re probably a good fit.

Social media for one venue starts at €1,000 a month. Websites, stores, ads, openings and bigger packages are tailored, after a free intro call. You always get a proposal with a clear price first.

No. There’s no minimum term and you can cancel any month. I think I should have to prove it works, every month.

Yes. A single shoot, a website, a store, a rebrand or an opening can all be one-off projects, with a fixed price up front.

Yes. I design and build fast websites for hospitality, with Zenchef reservations, menus and multiple languages. For brands that sell online I build headless Shopify stores. For Modern Native that took Total Blocking Time in Google PageSpeed from more than 25 seconds to 3.

New sites get Zenchef by default. I can also connect Resengo, Formitable, OpenTable and other systems, styled to match your site. I measure the reservations too, so you can see which ads bring in bookings.

Knowing which ad led to which reservation or purchase. I link bookings through Zenchef or your store to your ads on Meta and Google, so every month you see what a reservation cost.

Yes. Newsletters, waitlists and automatic emails, in Mailchimp, Laposta, Klaviyo or whatever tool you already use.

Yes, mostly for video. I find creators who suit your place, arrange the visit and the agreements, and make sure you can use their video in your own ads too.

Yes. I make sure your place is set up properly on Google Business Profile and Tripadvisor, with good photos, correct information and a plan for more recent reviews. Lots of places lose guests there without noticing.

After the intro call and your go-ahead on the proposal, usually within one to two weeks. A single shoot can often happen the same week.

Every shoot goes into its own online gallery on this site. You get a link, with a password if you like, and can download full-resolution photos one by one or all at once.

You get an unlimited licence to use everything on your own channels, in ads and in print. I may show the work in my portfolio. Prefer exclusive use, with no portfolio? That’s possible too.

Yes. Captions, website copy, ads and newsletters, in Dutch and English, in your venue’s own voice.

No. Photography, video, design and copy are made by me, with trusted partners where needed. I use AI tools sparingly and only where they help, like cleaning up a background, never to replace the work itself.

That’s often the best place to start. We begin with the logo and look, then build the website, social media and the opening on top of it.
